Night Trippers From Distant Galaxies
Last night I was hanging out with Rich from Kill Ugly Radio and Daniel Flessas during Daniel's KBOO radio show, "The Outside World", when I came to the realization that I need to start doing podcasts on Eclectic Grooves. Around three a.m., I dragged myself home in that state somewhere between the realm of awareness and sleep. When I arrived at the apartment, I compiled this mix that I am featuring today. This mix features a wide variety of styles that seem to coalesce into a psychedelic space-rock contingent. Even though this is not a podcast, I plan on featuring podcasts here in the near future. I hope you enjoy the mix, and would love to hear what you guys think.

Thanks for commenting about the mix. It seems to me that folks aren't really "feeling" the mixes, cause they aren't commenting very much about them. Nevertheless, I'll still keep posting them as long as the ideas and inspiration are there. Keep checking back.
Best, Kevin
glad to see youre keeping up the blogging
take care
Nice comp, please send us more.
Thanks
Thanks for the shout! I am glad that you are digging the mixes. There will be plenty more where this came from.
Peace, Kevin

I realize that no comments doesn't necessarily translate into no listeners. However, we bloggers definitely could use more enthusiasm from the listeners. All I ask for is a simple thanks, or someone showing a little appreciation. Blogging can be a thankless task sometimes, and I put a lot of hard work into this blog. I have seen countless bloggers throw in the towel, cause it just wasn't worth their time to keep updating their site if people weren't showing any appreciation for the amount of time it takes to write up a post. Anyway, thanks for the shout.
Regards, Kevin
I'm glad you like the comp. I will be featuring more in the near future.

Thanks for the shout! Hope you keep checking back to see what's going on at Eclectic Grooves.
Anon 2: It is neither of those. It is a zip file containing 12 tracks that work together as a seamless mix. But there is no scratching or other mixing involved. Let me know what you think.
Cheers to all of you!
Kevin
