Great to hear from you, man! I'm glad you are diggin' the podcast selections. I figured that it would be right up your alley. I've never heard of Downtown Soulville. Who are some of the other artists on that compilation?

Thanks for subscribing to the site, and please let anyone else know about the podcast that you think might dig it. My ranking goes up on Podomatic if I get a higher number of unique visitors. They say that the best way to achieve more unique visitors is to ask listeners to click on the'send to a friend' link on my podcast page. I would like to get a larger listening base for the show to share the music with a larger population.

Anyway, the episodes are going to be pretty varied, but I will definitely be mixing in a fair amount of hip-hop, soul, funk and jazz pretty regularly.

Thnaks for stopping by, man! The Chains and Black Exhaust comp was released in a limited run of 1000 copies in 2002. As far as I can tell, it's out of print. I have seen it avaialable as an expensive import for more than 40 dollars, though. I would post the whole thing on here, but it has already been posted on Crotchbat and Chris Goes Rock. Make sure to actually download the podcast if you want to keep it because I have to remove the podcasts to make room for new ones.

Thanks for the heads up about Sounds From the Edge of the Universe. I don't understand why so many blogs are coming under the atttack of DMCA when they are only featuring things that are out-of-print. Anyway, I was just wondering if I was singled out as someone who couldn't view the site, or that they were just closing the blog for a short time.
